A California man is arrested after authorities say he tried to smuggle more than 4 pounds of meth from Los Angeles to Japan in what looked like Snickers candy bars.

Rogelio Mauricio Harris, 34, was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport  by special agents with US Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations while preparing to board a flight to Japan, the Los Angeles Times reported.
