If you are looking to simplify your personal finances in 2013, one of the ways to get this new year off to a solid start is to pay off high interest credit card debt—and if that's not possible, another solid idea is to move high interest card balances onto a 0% intro offer using a reputable balance transfer credit card.

For those in the market for such an offer, there are a handful of fairly new cards you should check out:

1) The Discover it Card is actually brand new, and offers 18 months of 0% intro APR on approved balance transfers. Also, Discover it has a $0 annual fee, and no overlimit fees. To read real customer reviews and apply online, go to Outlaw's homepage and click on 'Balance Transfer Cards.'

2) The Citi Simplicity Card is another balance transfer offer that continues to be popular with Outlaw's readers.  It offers "0% Intro APR on Balance Transfers and Purchases for 18 months," in addition to no annual fee, and no late fees.

3) Finally, there's the Citi Diamond Preferred Card. It offers "0% Intro APR on Balance Transfers and Purchases for 18 months," in addition to a wide range of other cardholder perks, including "24/7 access to personalized concierge service providing assistance in booking hotel, flights, concert tickets and much more." There is no annual fee and the card has an attractive matte black design. This deal is currently featured on Outlaw's homepage here.

Although these credit cards can potentially save you thousands of dollars in painful interest charges by allowing you to transfer your debts off of an old high interest card, please keep in mind the balance transfer fee—and also remember that you will need to keep making minimum monthly payments on the new account.
